
Anne Shields Hopkins taught a Sensational Sauerkraut workshop for EAC last month, providing detailed instructions, troubleshooting and an easy-to-follow pdf pamphlet for students. Washington County participants were joined by interested chefs from Canada, Vermont, Pennsylvania and North Carolina to learn the wonders of fermentation. From our past experiences with Anne’s workshops, we know that the students will have some tasty condiments after a few weeks!
