In conjunction with the Eastport ArtWalk Passport Weekend project, Eastport Arts Center will offer free drop-in KinderArts activities for children of all ages on Saturday, June 26, 10:30 am-noon. The June activity, a fun and accessible project, is rainbow-hued fingerprint art with Nia Aretakis. An adult caregiver must remain with participating children during the activity.

Aretakis, a Pembroke-based artist, is well known for her work teaching KinderArts crafts via EAC Video throughout the pandemic. You can see Nia’s back catalog on EAC’s YouTube channel here, or here on our site.

Support for this activity has been provided by Belvedere Traditional Handcrafts Fund of the Maine Community Foundation. More information about the educational offerings of Eastport Arts Center, where creativity and community meet, may be found at eastportartscenter.org/education. EAC events are offered in accordance with CDC guidelines.
