EAC’s 10th Annual Holiday Market will be held from 10 am to 2 pm, Saturday, November 26. In addition to a diverse array of artful gift items, the event will also feature refreshments for purchase by the Pie Ladies of Pembroke. “We’ll have a full house of art and craft vendors to satisfy your gift-giving urges on the Saturday after Thanksgiving,” quips Chris Grannis, EAC’s outgoing Executive Director, who has planned this year’s market as one of her final projects at the Center. Proceeds from vendors’ booth fees go towards EAC’s year-round programming for all ages.

This luminary—shown glowing in a darkened room—is one example of the exciting gift items on offer at this year’s market. It was made by Jenny Robish, a new market vendor this year who works locally as a math teacher and who has been involved in many ways at EAC over the years, including as a workshop co-instructor (needle felting with Ann Cannizzaro!) and as a past member of Quoddy Voices and Passmaquoddy Bay Symphony Orchestra. Don’t miss Jenny’s booth at the market!
