Katie Melancon’s Gentle Flow Yoga is offered Saturdays, 8:30-9:30 am, both at Eastport Arts Center, and online. (PLEASE NOTE: the September 30 session will be offered ONLINE ONLY).
This class is accessible to all students. As the session moves through a slow flow of postures, students’ bodies have time to warm up, aiming for proper alignment and giving plenty of room to build on the breath. Through students’ practice, they may see benefits in strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Some props are available to bring more ease into attendees’ yoga practice.
