The island of Eastport has a lot in common with the Emerald Isle across the pond. While their latitude address puts them closer to the North Pole than we are, the rocky shores, misty skies and endless waves are similar. So, whether or not we can claim Irish heritage (some of us can), Eastport Gallery will be thinking green this holiday weekend.

One of our finest examples of green loveliness can be found in Barbara Moskol’s bowls. Not only are they beautiful but they are made with sea glass gathered on the rocky shores of this fair island. Her bowls and dishes are practical too because they are food-safe and microwave-friendly.

You can see more of Barbara’s work and the work of other Eastport Gallery artists at Wishing everyone the luck of the Irish today and all week long!
