Meditation and Mindful Movement with Caroline Coleman

Friday, February 16 @ 11:00 am 12:00 pm

All are invited to join instructor Caroline Coleman Fridays, starting January 19, for a rejuvenating one-hour session of Mindful Meditation and Movement, starting promptly at 11 am, at Eastport Arts Center. The holistic experience will include gentle movement and stretching, guided meditation, and a sound bath. Coleman’s curated sessions are designed to provide a cocoon of coziness, relaxation, and restoration.

EAC welcomes participants of all levels. The class is crafted to be exceptionally gentle, ensuring a nurturing environment for everyone, regardless of experience. To support the continuation of these sessions, a $5/class donation is requested. The Center extends an invitation to families, allowing children ages 12 and up to attend when accompanied by an adult.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a weather-related closure of local schools, this event will be canceled.

Coleman lives in Downeast Maine and is the owner of Maine Moon Kids Yoga and Maine Moon Social Media.

Eastport Arts Center is at 36 Washington Street, Eastport, and at www.eastportartscenter.org, and is handicapped-accessible. EAC abides by the State of Maine CDC COVID guidelines, revisiting our policy monthly. At this time, the use of masks in our building is optional.
