Yoga with Katie Wilson

An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Saturday, repeating until March 31, 2018

Katie Wilson will offer Gentle Flow yoga class on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 am.

Wilson is originally from New York, and began her yoga practice there, then received her RYT-200 certification while living in Florida. She has returned to Maine to be close to family and writes “The knowledge and tools that I’ve gained through my experience in yoga teacher training is something that I’m very passionate about sharing with each of my students. Yoga can bring such balance into your life by connecting the mind, breath and body.”
