Katie Wilson will be teaching yoga classes at the EAC in November and December. November offerings are on Tuesday mornings and include a Mindful Flow class from 8-9 am and Gentle Yoga from 9:30-10:30 am. Starting in December, Gentle Flow class will be held on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30.
Wilson is originally from New York, and began her yoga practice there, then received her RYT-200 certification while living in Florida. She has returned to Maine to be close to family and writes “The knowledge and tools that I’ve gained through my experience in yoga teacher training is something that I’m very passionate about sharing with each of my students. Yoga can bring such balance into your life by connecting the mind, breath and body.”
