Lilli Danaea, RYT, will lead a weekly class focused on mindfulness practice, breath awareness, proper alignment and building strength and flexibility. Please bring your mat if you have one! Ecstatic Dance has resumed weekly meetings at Eastport Arts Center. All are invited to come and dance to great rhythmic music and move however they wish on Tuesdays from 5-6 pm, weather permitting. Attendees should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water to drink. $3 suggested donation. For more information please email info@eastportartscenter.org.
