How You Can Help Support the EAC

The Eastport Arts Center relies on the support support of grant makers, individual donors, and volunteers to do what we do.

From all of us at EAC:  Thank you!

We rely on donations to continue and grow the programs we offer. Donate today to help us continue our mission of bringing the arts to Washington County

You can make a difference in your community—right here, right now—by volunteering for the Eastport Arts Center. Each year, dozens of volunteers offer their talents in support all types of activities at the Arts Center. This support allows the EAC to provide gallery shows, performances, and educational programs like ArtsBloom, children’s theater and workshops. See anything in this list that captures your fancy? We’d love to welcome you as our newest volunteer. No experience is necessary. To volunteer, email meg@eastportartscenter.org

From Open Mic Nights, to workshops, to visiting performers--event sponsorship helps make our diverse and ongoing programming possible. The Eastport Arts Center is always seeking funding sources for our offerings. Whether it's an Open Mic Night, a workshop, a special event or concert, or one of our ongoing programs like KinderArts, yoga, or our writers group, you can sponsor at any level. Email meg@eastportartscenter.org to find out how you or your business can become a named or anonymous sponsor of the Eastport Arts Center.

Foundation Support

Eastport Arts Center incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the State of Maine in 1990, five years after our founding group of artists first came together to establish a grassroots gallery in Eastport.

Since that time, we are grateful for the support of many visionary philanthropists who share our goals to develop and sustain creative, thriving communities in every corner of Maine.

The following foundations have awarded generous grants to Eastport Arts Center. We are deeply thankful for every dollar.
