KinderArts presents Tiny Yogis

Tiny Yogis sessions led by Caroline DiLio will resume for an 8-week session beginning September 19; the  program, which is part of EAC’s KinderArts offerings, is intended for children up to age 5. The group will meet from 9:30-10:15 am on Thursday mornings through November 7. DiLio will teach attendees yoga through music, dance and storybooks, and young participants will even learn meditation. Owner of Maine Moon Kids Yoga, DiLio is a certified children’s yoga teacher and a mother of three. She takes a creative approach to teaching children, including games, crafts and sometimes even Minecraft poses!
KinderArts programs are free of charge. Participants must come with a parent or caregiver. The program’s goal is to encourage young children to explore the visual and performing arts in a secure and social environment through hands-on experiences. For more information or to be added to an email contact list for the group, please email Alison Brennan at alison@eastportartscenter.org.
